q: I NEED MISS JONES BROOCHES BUT I DON'T LIVE IN AUSTRALIA!

No problem! Miss Jones ships to anywhere in the world for a flat rate of  aud$25!

q: i got excited and bought items in seperate orders, can i combine the shipping?

Yes! all you need to do is write 'combine shipping' in the last orders note section provided at checkout and we will refund the excess shipping paid and pack the items together for you

Q: where are miss jones products made?

​

Currently everything is made in Australia

q: is every piece really handmade?

​

Yes! Every piece is handmade by Miss Jones herself except the scarves which are printed and hemmed in Australia

Q: what are the pieces made from?

​

They are made from laser cut acrylic, also know as plexiglass, in a multitude of different finishes, Miss Jones also uses a special laquer to make areas have a glossy 3d effect, occasionally Resin is also used

​

q: can i get a piece custom designed just for me?

 

Unfortunately at the moment Miss Jones does not have extra time to devote to custom designs

q: are miss jones products sold anywhere else?

​

Miss Jones no longer supplies outside of the website, be wary who you buy from as some designs have been counterfeited and sold elsewhere

q: how can i get in contact?

​

You can send a message via Instagram or the Facebook page but we prefer that you use the contact section at the bottom of the home page to contact us so that messages are promptly replied to and do not get missed by mistake
